Surprise Video today….. I know that video days for me are Wednesday and Friday but I got so many e-mail on how to make the Joseph’s Coat that I decided to post this today. Talking about e-mail I got lots about the pumpkin made with strip of paper… well mark your calendar for the Pumpkin Patch here next Saturday October 30th 🙂
The color that I use for the bottom coat are: Old Olive, More Mustard and Cherry Cobbler. The color on top is Early Espresso.
Yes this is only ONE piece of card stock very vanilla. If someone would tell me that they make a beautiful card with only one piece of card stock and no embellishment I would say “What” but check this one out!
PS the top card I didn’t use the embossing buddy and you can see the difference so make sure you use the buddy for this technique, you will get better result.
Thank you to share this technique. Have a great weekend.
What a gorgeous card and the video explains how to do it so well. Thanks,
Wow, France! I can't wait to try this technique today. It's a cloudy fall day here in Colorado and I'm going to spend the afternoon stamping. Thanks for the video!
Thank you so much for sharing not only the cards but the video for the technique as well.
You really have my mind going now. TFS
Great tutorial, France! I am going to refer back to it for my techniques class in January (all done for this year). I'll have to find something other than fall to use, though… hmmm – time to start “surfing.” TFS
Great video. I love this card, glad I got to make one.
Gorgeous card! Thank you so much for the video. I've put off trying this technique, but you make it look so easy!
Totally amazing! Thank you so much for letting me know about your tutorial!!!! So easy when you know how, lol!
And yes, I'll try to remember to use the embossing buddy!!! I usually forget too! I think I'm going to try some winter snowflake scenes with shades of blue…
