Here the WOW Black Magic….
Step one is stamp image with white craft ink and let dry. Okay hoe many layer can I put on a card?
Step 2: Color with water color pencil.
This one is call Black Magic with a twist. You just add little spot of white gel pen and then you have a WOW thing…..
It is similar to the Chalkboard technique but you can have more detail with the pencil. Try it you will have a good time!Have a great day!
