  Well it’s Friday and time to Put Your Party Pants on! Don’t you think this card is perfect for so many of a Friday. This is such a fun and yes easy card. For each pants I use 2 punch out of the Washi Label Punch out of the designer series paper Wildflower Field I think that paper is perfect for Party pants 🙂 I have the video on my You Tube Channel and on my Blog. I show you all how I made this card from the start to finish in the video including the background of balloon.
