Slim Card Northern Light Video
This video shares how I create the Northern Light on a Slim Card with the Peaceful Place Designer paper.
Slime Card Northern Light Showcase
The first time I tried the Northern Light with the Peaceful Place Designer Paper was last month at one of my Create On the Fly on Facebook. After I was done with my live event on Facebook, I recreated another card just because I loved it that much. Then, the following day, I put the Peaceful Place designer paper away, and BOOM, the print with the stars-snow with the trees, jumped at me (Oh, I squealed when I saw this print). I saw the dancing light on that designer print. I think the proper name is “Aurora borealis,” so I tried it on a slime card, and again I loved that look and decided to shoot the video.
If you have never seen the Northern Light, I strongly recommend google “Northern Light Video,” and you will be in awhhhh. The beautiful colors dancing in the sky are impressive. But, sometimes we need to stop and look around to appreciate the beautiful scenery that is there for us for FREE, plus the view is priceless.

- Night Of Navy 8 x 9 ¼ score at 4″ card base
- Granny Apple Green 3 ⅞ x 9 ⅛, die-cut 1 2/4 circle in the center of this piece
- Peaceful Place Designer Paper 3 ¾ x and 9
- Basic White 3 ¾ x 9 inside, 2″ circle
- Envelop to fit with this size slim card are the #10 4 ⅛ x 9 ½
