Hello Friends,
If you are at the last minute for your Christmas shopping I bet this quick candy wrapper with money holder will come in handy. They are quick and simple to make and very beautiful presentation to this “wallet” look chocolate wrap.

Measurements
Very little measurement for this project. I also explain in the video how to calculate the measurement for a different size chocolate bar. The one that I use was a Hershey’s 1.55 oz (43g) chocolate bar.
The designer paper is the Brightly Gleaming is sold out. The Noble Peacock designer paper would be pretty for this project. You can use any paper even wrapping paper.
- I started with a piece of 7 x 12
- Make a mark at one end at 3½.
- Fold each point at the top where you make the mark to the center.
- Fold the paper around the chocolate bar.
- Unfold and add tear and tap on both side to the last fold. See video
- 12 x 1 For the belly band with the curly bow again see video on how to wrap and curl.
This is so simple and quick. Perfect little gift at the last minute. It look like a wallet so a place to slide some cash. After all who doesn’t like cash.
Without money
If you choose not to have the money holder just slide a note inside where I slide the money. The cardstock size should be about 6 x 2 and you could stamp and write a little note on that piece.
The picture above you can see why I say “Wallet” It sure look like a wallet. I love the look of this and so love how quick they are to make.
