      WHOOO HOOOO Showtime. Today in the video you will see how to make Designer Shimmer paper. Quit simple but very shinny and glittery. In the Sprtizer bottle #126185 add 3/4 of 70% Alcohol about 4 to 5 drop of re-inker (in the sample I use Marina Mist) and 4 to5 drop of Shimmer Paint Champagne #116806. I use the Elegant Butterfly #127526 and the greeting is the single stamp #125562 Beautiful Birthday.
