Are you ready for a challenge? Well I have one for you…. I came up with this challenge from what happen to me yesterday. Let me tell you what it’s all about. My phone rang and I almost didn’t pick it up because it didn’t have a name on the caller ID plus it was out of the area but I did and I’m glade I did. It was a lady from Illinois and I’m so sorry that I don’t remember her name I was on the shock mode…. She said something like this ” Is this France… Well I’m calling to tell how much I and some Ladies here in Illinois enjoy your Blog, video and the inspiration you give us and It’s so rare that we heard the good thing and I wanted to make sure that you know how much we appreciate all you do and share with all of us” well that was a shock. What shock me the most is when she said that we don’t say it often enough that we appreciate someone so here the challenge that come to mind. I challenge you to send a card to someone that you appreciate what they do for you but don’t really tell them, maybe you say thank you but they think you are just polite! So think about to whom you will send a card…try to send it to someone out of your regular contact maybe the person that carry your grocery, the mail carrier, the bus driver of your kids, the cross walk person, the greater at the store or church, …. so now you know where I’m going with this one…. someone that you don’t realy keep a long conversation with but you do appreciate what they do for you. I will give you till Sunday to send that card out and after you did please leave a comment here and I will pick a random # and send that person a pack of 6 Thank you card and to Mrs or Miss Illinois with the last 4 digit on the phone # 7280, please e-mail me your address and I would love to send you the card that I posted today but really it should say “Because SHE care” Thank you for that phone call, you made my day plus at the same time you open my eyes!
Let’s stamp a card and mail it or you can deliver it. Put a smile to someone face today:)
Thank you for sharing the story! It does make people happy when they are told/felt they are appreciated!
My card will go to my daughter's kingdergarten teacher(my dd is in 1st grade now) to tell her how she had made my daughter's first year in “real” school so wonderful; and we will forever grateful for that!

Gee whiz!I forgot to tell you how beautiful your card is! Love that dp & the ribbon looks fabulous!
What a great start to your day! And your blog is great and I love your cards too. I do give cards out all the time to people, girls at the bank, Coffee shop girls, and just yesterday gave a pack of cards to the girl that does my hair. I mostly give out a pack of 5 to 10 cards to someone who is nice to me… even a few times, I just have the bag of cards in my purse and I hand it to the first nice person of the day. It makes me happy to give it to them, and they are real happy to. Random acts of kindness, love it!
Hugs
Shirley
Great card today! Thanks for a push to start randomly sharing more cards. I have good intentions, but that seems to be all. Thanks to you (& the Illinois ladies) I will change my habits.

I'm in IL but it wasn't me who called! However, I think it's a great idea and I LOVE the card you posted…I was just thinking about that Greenhouse DSP the other day, have the craft tote and laptop bag in that pattern from convention and it's so pretty! Jan Hoyt

I made a matchbox die using the Springtime Vintage dsp, filled it with chocolates and gave it to the secretary at my son's school. She was very surprised to get it : ) I specifically appreciate her because she deals with middle schoolers (just like my son) all week long.
What a great challenge!
I'm going to send out several cards to some of my long-time stampers! Every month they come out to my stamp groups and as much as I appreciate their business, what I love most about them how great they always make me feel!
